Catégorie «Espoir»

1er Eliminatoire
Sur dossier devant comporter un enregistrement audio (voir conditions d’inscription)

2ème Eliminatoire :
Samedi 18 Avril
(10 h / 13 h - 14 h / 18 h)
Durée totale de la prestation : 15 minutes maximum sur scène.
Programme : «Le Don» de F. Manceau, dans «La Légende de l’île sacrée», Editions
Harposphère, et compléter par un programme libre devant comporter au moins un morceau traditionnel et un morceau classique (transcription).

Les résultats seront communiqués le samedi soir à partir de 19 h.

Finale : Dimanche 19 Avril (16 h)
Durée totale de la prestation : 20 minutes maximum sur scène.
Programme: «Cannelle» de Bernard Andrès, dans Epices vol. 2, Editions Hamelle/Leduc, et compléter par un programme libre et varié mettant en valeur les différents aspects du répertoire de la harpe celtique.

Les résultats seront communiqués le dimanche soir à 19 h.
L’annonce des résultats sera suivie d’un Concert des Lauréats et d’un Cocktail.

 

«Promise» category

1st Stage
Initial selection based on application details, including audio recording (see application rules).

2nd Stage Saturday, April 18th
(10 AM – 1PM, 2PM-6PM)
Total duration of performance: maximum 15 minutes on stage.
Programme: compulsory work: Florence Manceau, «Le Don» (“Légende de l’île sacrée”, Editions Harposphère). Complete with a free programme, which must include at least one piece of traditional folk music, and one classical transcription.

The results will be announced on the Saturday evening after 7PM.

Final stage Sunday, April 19th (4PM)
Total duration of performance: maximum 20 minutes on stage.
Programme: compulsory work: Bernard Andrès, «Cannelle» (Epices vol. 2, Editions Hamelle/Leduc). Complete with a free and varied programme, which must emphasize the different aspects of the lever harp repertoire.

The results will be announced on the Sunday evening after 7PM.

The announcement of the results will be followed by the winners’ concert and then by a cocktail reception.

 

 
 

Catégorie «Soliste»

1er Eliminatoire
Sur dossier devant comporter un enregistrement audio (voir conditions d’inscription)

2ème Eliminatoire :
Jeudi 16 Avril
(10 h / 13 h - 15 h / 18 h)
Durée totale de la prestation : 20 minutes maximum sur scène.
Programme: «Nataliana» de D. Henson-Conant, Editions Golden Cage Music, et «Sonate en si bémol K.66» de D. Scarlatti, dans Pièces Classiques vol.6, Editions Billaudot. Compléter par un programme libre devant comporter au moins un morceau traditionnel.

Les résultats seront communiqués le jeudi soir à partir de 19 h.

3ème Eliminatoire :
Vendredi 17 Avril
(14 h / 18 h)
Durée totale de la prestation : 35 minutes maximum sur scène.
Programme: récital libre devant mettre en valeur la variété de styles et d’époques du répertoire de la harpe celtique. Ce récital devra obligatoirement comporter au moins une pièce majeure d’esthétique contemporaine.

Les résultats seront communiqués le vendredi soir à partir de 19 h.

Finale : Dimanche 19 Avril (16h)
Programme: «De cordes et d’archets» de Pierick Houdy, pour harpe solo et quatuor à cordes (commande du concours), Editions Harposphère. Compléter par un morceau libre d’environ 5 minutes, mettant en valeur les qualités techniques et musicales de l’interprète, dans l’esprit d’un «bis».

Les résultats seront communiqués le dimanche soir à 19 h.
L’annonce des résultats sera suivie d’un Concert des Lauréats et d’un Cocktail.

 

 

«Soloist» category

1st Stage
Initial selection based on application details, including audio recording (see application rules)

2nd Stage Thursday April 16th
(10AM – 1PM, 3PM – 6PM)
Total duration of performance: maximum 20 minutes on stage.
Programme: D. Henson-Conant, «Nataliana» (Golden Cage Music Editions), and D.Scarlatti, “Sonata in Bb K.66 (Pièces Classiques vol.6, Editions Billaudot). Complete with a free programme, which must include at least one piece of traditional folk music.

The results will be announced on the Thursday evening after 7PM.

3rd Stage Friday April 17th (2PM, 6PM)
Total duration of performance: maximum 35 minutes on stage.
Programme: free choice recital, which must emphasize the variety of styles and periods of the lever harp repertoire. This recital must include at least one major contemporary work of of a contemporary aesthetic.

The results will be announced on the Friday evening after 7PM.

Final stage Sunday April 19th (4PM)
Programme: Pierick Houdy, “De cordes et d’archets” for solo harp and string quartet, commissioned by the competition (Editions Harposphère). Complete with a free choice piece (about 5 minutes), which must emphasize the musical and technical qualities of the performer, in the style of an encore.

The results will be announced on the Sunday evening after 7PM.

The announcement of the results will be followed by the winners’ concert and then by a cocktail reception.
